1. Reservation Process:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Pink City Travels.
• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified.
• You will receive a confirmation email with booking details within 24-48 hours of payment.

2. Payment Terms:

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the travel date.
• For bookings made within 15 days of travel, full payment is required immediately.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.

3. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before travel: 70% refund (30% deposit retained).
• Cancellations made 15-30 days before travel: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 7-15 days before travel: 25% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before travel: No refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.

4. Modifications:

• Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Modification requests must be made at least 7 days before the original travel date.
• Any price difference due to modifications will be charged or refunded accordingly.

1. Travel Documents:

• All travelers must carry valid identification (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID).
• For international travelers, valid passports and visas are mandatory.
• It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure all documents are valid and up-to-date.

2. Health & Safety:

• Travelers must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
• We recommend purchasing travel insurance for medical emergencies and trip cancellations.
• Pink City Travels is not liable for any health issues arising during the tour.

3. Itinerary Changes:

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Alternative arrangements will be made to ensure a comparable experience.
• No refunds will be provided for minor itinerary changes.

4. Group Tours:

• Group tours require a minimum number of participants to operate.
• If minimum numbers are not met, we may cancel or offer alternative dates.
• Full refunds will be provided if we cancel due to insufficient participants.

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from third-party services.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour package.

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
• Insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
• Pink City Travels does not provide travel insurance but can assist in obtaining it.

3. Force Majeure:

• We are not liable for cancellations or delays due to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other force majeure events.
• In such cases, we will work with service providers to minimize losses and provide alternatives where possible.

4. Personal Belongings:

• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.
• Pink City Travels is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
• We recommend using hotel safes and keeping valuables secure.

• Respect wildlife and natural habitats during tours.
• Follow guidelines at heritage sites and monuments.

3. Photography & Media:

• Photography is generally allowed, but some sites may have restrictions.
• Respect privacy of locals and seek permission before photographing individuals.
• Commercial use of tour photos requires written consent from Pink City Travels.

4. Punctuality:

• Travelers must be punctual for scheduled activities and departures.
• Delays may result in missing activities without refund.
• Inform your guide immediately if you encounter any delays.

• Offers are valid only for new bookings and cannot be applied retroactively.
